Our signature "kinoko nabe" (wild mushroom hot pot), packed with wild mushrooms that mark the arrival of autumn in Shinshu, is a Misuzuso specialty. Mountain vegetables and Shinshu's famous horse meat are each prepared with care using local ingredients. Grilled iwana (mountain trout) is available as a special dish, ordered separately. We believe in flavor over quantity.
